SoKor Firm to Invest Million Dollar Project in Clark
$1 Million worth of tourist-related project is up to rise inside Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. South Korean firm is bound to develop a tourist facilities and will operate for 25 years. According to the CDC statement, Punta LWA will develop the 4,443.23-square meter former site of Mimosa Mart area along C.M. Recto Highway to operate a hotel and villas, with amenities such as a restaurant, coffee shop and wellness center.
This said project is expected to open doors for more job opportunities that will be added to the growing 80,000 workers of Clark. Eliseo B. Santiago, chair and concurrent president of state-run Clark Development Corp., said CDC had signed with Punta LWA Properties Corp., headed by its president Seejoo Kim, an agreement to establish facilities inside Clark.
