K to 12 Plus Project : Gearing up for the Dual Training Program
Last April 6, 2016 the PCCI in-partnership with the German Chamber of Commerce and Industries talks about their joint project, the K-12 Plus program that sets to contribute to a better educational program here in our country.
The said program targets to encourage all industrial companies here in the Philippines to adopt the Dual Training System which originated from Germany. The dual training system goals to train quality skilled workers and to have the finishers of this training be hired to their skill preferences. This also aims to totally avoid the job mis-match which is growing rapidly here in our country.
By adopting this kind of training system, our country can maximize its well skilled workers and they can also be paid in a right and reasonable compensation as well.
